"Recently I called Perry Railworks for balluster replacement. I had wood baluster and went for iron ballusters. Randy Perry came, took note of the
situations and went and gave a quote. I decided to go with Perry Railworks. I gave advance and Randy ordered few samples and brought them in and we were not able to arrive at a decision on the balluster pattern and Randy went the extra mile to order more ballusters and send over the remaining ballusters to the manufacturer after the job is done to keep us happy. Randy’s team of four arrived on time on the day of actual replacement and finished on time. Overall Randy’s team is very professional, friendly and the job is very clean as well. Overall we were very impressed with Perry Railworks and Randy."
